Many of us cant get away from the deep black hole in our way and unknowingly we are sometimes taught that we have to accept the hole as part of our life journey. However did you know that some holes are small or large but shallow and easy to get out of ? These small ones are the ones that are there that make us stronger, wiser, and make us grow in our spirit. When the large ones form they are made out of our bad decisions. When they are formed and we cannot figure out how to get out of them then we make them deeper they can get pretty deep even if we are not yet in them.
A small hole like when we spend beyond our means and we have to suffer for a little while in order to get ourselves out of debt. Its a shallow hole cause we can cross it no problem. Then if we get a little hot headed we tell ourselves oh its not that bad even if its a large hole and we make it a little deeper by more bad decisions. Then we stop a minute and convince ourselves oh its just a part of our everyday life til the hole gets so deep that we are screaming for a way out. We rely on ourselves to see the circumstances we face but who can help us out of them?
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
